HRS Communities works with industry associations, government agencies, policymakers, and public and private partners at the State and Federal level to research, educate, create, and promote sound real estate, housing and economic development policies, financing mechanisms, and regulations.

By providing expertise and leadership to these efforts, HRS supports the elimination of barriers and the creation of tools that support the development of walkable, transit-accessible neighborhoods helping cities of all sizes create their own unique sense of place.
